FULL refund for product costs in the following situations:

PARTIAL refund for product costs in the following situations:
1. If there is an ambiguity between the product(s) actually received and the product(s) descriptions, you must apply for an appeal within 7 days after signing.
2. The received product(s) has no serious quality problems or obvious defects.
3. During the warranty period, the product(s) has quality problems that are not caused by improper use by the users, and meet the warranty terms.
4. The product(s) must be within the warranty period.
Refund for return shipping costs
We will refund the return shipping costs for the products wrong delivery or product quality issues. The quality issues here only include that are not caused by improper use by users during the warranty period,and meet the warranty terms.
