Shipping Time

Normally, all orders are processed within 2 business days after your payment, and delivered within 3-7 business days. If there is any problem about the order,

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my order?
A: Please send your change address to our email service@gimgaming.com within 30 mins after purchasing, so that we can change address before cargo shipped out. If the cargo already shipped out from warehouse, we are sorry that can’t change anymore.

Q: When I ordered not only one item,if they all be delivered at the same time.
A: Actually we will try our best to send all our products to you at the same time. Sometimes,our products are not always sent together because of different shipping options.You can receive a shipment notification email of tracking number.
